SIA Group used the Team Performance Diagnostic Tool (SIA TPD™) to identify key strengths and weaknesses. This worked at team level to identify barriers to effective working. Our solution also involved a Belbin team role analysis tool and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict mode instrument which exposed why some differences in opinion were difficult to resolve.
Our solution worked to collate the information gathered from the various tools to develop specific action plans and build a strategy to improve morale, motivation and team spirit.
A noticeable change in culture has been identified with improvements at individual and team level noted. Specifically, a more open and proactive culture has developed. The University have now integrated the SIA TPD™ tool as part of their ongoing performance appraisal to measure improvement year on year.
