Alexandra has experience in a number of industries including the automotive, financial services and telecommunication sectors as a consultant. Having worked with people from all levels of an organisation Alexandra knows how to get the best from the experienced executive to the fledgling manager.
Alexandra also has experience working outside if Europe including in Asia where she set up an assessment centre and carried out implementation and moderation as project leader. Alexandra has also carried out the training and coaching of senior managers as assessment centre moderators.
