Andy’s commercial experience has been gained primarily within executive search and IT, where he developed a strong business focus and the drive to achieve results for both teams and organisations. As an SIA Group consultant, Andy has developed extensive experience delivering training, mentoring and consultancy. Andy has a deep cultural awareness which compliments his natural ability to work with diverse groups.
