Carlos has worked in several international laboratories as a Marketing Manager Product Manager, Training Manager, Commercial Manager and Human Resources Development Manager. Through this Carlos has achieved deep knowledge of the Health/Pharmaceutical Industry, of different positions and departments and also as a Consultant.
Carlos was Founder Manager of Key Person Consultants and he has also founded BrickFarma, where he is a development consultant for selection, coaching and training projects.
Carlos is based in Madrid and delivers SIA Group programmes to our Spanish clients.
