Matias Ramirez
Matias is a lecturer in Management at Sussex University and has researched and published in a range of areas. One of his main interests lies in relating knowledge work to innovation. His research lies in knowledge management, the relationship between labour mobility, networks of knowledge workers communities of practice, epistemic communities and knowledge flows.
As a lecturer Matias is currently director of the Business and Management Studies Undergraduate Programme. He also convenes and facilitates courses on the International Management Programme and undergraduate degree programme.
