Paul Taylor

Paul joined SIA in 1994 and has established himself as an experienced designer and facilitator of management development solutions and a consultant for both large corporate organisations and the SME sector.

Prior to becoming a consultant Paul worked as a Marketing Manager for three FTSE-100 organisations: London Electricity, Plessey and Kalamazoo. He also established a company, to which he still provides consultancy, importing interior accessories from Italy.

Paul has a distinctive blend of knowledge and skills, combining the technical, "rational" aspects of management, encompassing strategy, business planning, finance and marketing, with the softer leadership skills. This helps to ensure that his work is practical, realistic and focused on improving business performance.
