Satu Kreula

Satu's professional background is in leadership and career development.  She has worked in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors (at Nokia, Celemi, Universidad de Los Andes, Raleigh International and AIESEC among others).  Her most recent organisational clients have included Future Considerations, Shell (Outpost) and Laban University.

She has coached 150+ individuals (including CEO’s, directors and high-potential managers) on four continents through change processes related to their professional lives (including leading multicultural teams, managing effectively in a new cultural environment and career planning & change).

Satu has vast international experience. She’s lived and worked in six countries on three continents. In addition, her work has taken her to over 35 countries on six continents (she’s visited 66 in total).

• Masters degree in Organisational Behaviour and Intercultural Communication from the Helsinki School of Economics.

• Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the ICF (International Coach Federation)
