Client Profile:

Global communications technology company employing approximately 50000 staff in over 100 countries worldwide.

Defining the Challenge:

To equip managers throughout the world with the skills required to navigate the company successfully through the turbulent market conditions the technology industry faces.

Developing the Solution:

A comprehensive leadership development programme aimed at first line supervisory to middle management candidates worldwide, divided into three phases:

1. Managing Yourself
2. Managing Others
3. Managing the Business

The duration of the entire programme is 9 months and consists of a blended learning approach including e-learning, virtual classes, facilitated workshops and coaching. SIA consultants travel throughout the world to deliver the programme and undertake 1:1 coaching sessions.

Delivering the Results:

The ongoing success of the programme has meant that to date upwards of 3,000 managers have benefited from professional development provided by the SIA team of consultants.

SIA has been working in partnership with the client organisation on this project for the past six years, during which time our relationship has become increasingly strong. A team of SIA consultants is now formally accredited to run the programme. Consistently excellent feedback from the client has ensured these modules are in high demand from managers at all levels throughout the world.
