TPD™ Diagnostic

The Team Performance Development (or TPD™) diagnostic is a unique, managed process that enables team leaders to gain an invaluable insight into the underlying dynamics within their teams. This identifies specific areas for development and focus to improve team performance.

• The TPD™ diagnostic examines thirteen key indicators including the level of morale, the style of leadership, and relationships and communications, both within the team and with other parts of the organisation: vital factors that affect the team's performance on a daily basis.
  
• The report contains three levels of detail, the third being individual responses to each of the 65 statements. This enables very specific issues to be identified and development budgets to be targeted at precise issues.
  
• The responses form the basis of a comprehensive report which is prepared for the team leader and fed back by an SIA Group consultant, ensuring that any development areas are highlighted and discussed.
  
• The process is simple and quick to complete and is managed entirely by SIA Group, meaning that no additional demands are made on the client's internal resources. 
• The information is collected electronically and anonymously, enabling respondents to be completely honest in their responses, thus providing an accurate picture of the actual situation within the team.
