SIA Group has an innovative and flexible approach that facilitates the development of courses tailored to the specific issues of each client. Since 1982 we have invested in the creation of over 2,000 building blocks covering 6 major competency areas. These building blocks are in a process of continual redevelopment to ensure that they remain up-date and at the leading edge of learning and development thinking. Unlike most training companies we do not run standard courses.
