Performance Coaching enables people to achieve and exceed the standards of performance expected of them in all aspects of their role and performance. It is a useful training method with a new recruit, or when seeking improvement from an experienced player.

The process builds trust and a collaborative climate between the coach and the individual, the manager and the team. This course will enable participants to take a structured approach to coach others.
