We have all met people who are academically brilliant yet are socially and interpersonally less skilful. Success requires more than IQ, the traditional measure of intelligence; there are wider areas of emotional intelligence (EQ – Emotional Quotient) that dictate and enable how successful we are.

By learning about our own EQ we can improve the way we build rapport, our perceptiveness and empathy and adapt our approach to others.
