Recruitment & Interviewing

This course will help me to take a more confident, thorough and structured approach to recruiting the right person for the right job. I found the videoed role plays quite challenging but learnt a lot from them. quote_close

Selecting the ‘right person’ for the ‘right job’ is the key to successful recruitment.  When looking to fill a vacancy, recruiters must carefully consider the skills and competencies required for each role.  From examining job descriptions and person specifications through to the selection interview itself – delegates will be encouraged to consider best practice throughout.  This course demonstrates a structured, competency based approach to ensure delegates recruit the right person – first time.

Highly participative, delegates will have the opportunity to put the learning into practice and personal video recordings will be given to delegates to refer to following the course.
