Most successful strategies give an organisation the means for renewing its competitive advantage as the environment changes and offer some property that is unique, or at least rare.

This course will help strategic leaders to create a compelling vision for their staff and one that inspires and motivates them. By identifying important direction and scope for the organisation over the long term, and taking advantage of the changing environment. The leader will gain important insights into how their vision can be embedded within the organisation by configuration of resources and competencies with the aim of fulfilling stakeholder expectations.
