To design a new Performance Management Framework and train all managers and staff in how to implement the new process.
SIA Groups specialist HR Consultancy team worked with Keysource to identify the key behaviours necessary for the success of the new framework. The SIA Group designed a tailor made learning solution which covered key topic areas such as performance appraisal, communication and influencing skills.
The new process, known as the Performance Excellence Framework has contributed to a significant change in the way managers and their teams interact in the business. People are now much more aware of how their behaviour impacts on the success of the organisation. In addition, relationships between people at all levels are now even more productive.
The programme is seen as an important factor in Keysource winning the
Environmental Project of the Year Award at the UK IT Industry Awards in November 2009.
