What I really like about the PEP is that participants are asked to relate to scenarios and situations relevant to their role. This helps to provide the focus for exercises and discussions, to keep the content ‘real' and to encourage an atmosphere of practicality and real life application.

Solution

SIA Group designed and delivered the Personal Effectiveness Programme (PEP) - a modular process of personal development and reinforcement of learning through a number of challenging workshops, each of which can be taken as a ‘stand-alone' module or as a whole programme. The PEP Personal Effectiveness solution was developed by re-designing a range of building blocks from the SIA Group portfolio of Personal Effectiveness courses.
